Need my beauty rest

First real attempt at drawing Schuldig from Weiss Kreuz in a realistic style but I'm still not sure that it really looks like him. For some reason he makes me feel as if he was supposed to be a character from Blade of the Immortal but I don't recall ever seeing a character like him before in that manga...

It did start as a sketch for my next painting but it quickly grew out of hand! Was just supposed to be the lower part of his face (nose mouth and chin) and he had a look of longing at first but I guess he just threw that look by the window leaving him pissed off and scornful. Maybe I woke him up? Nearly 4 in the morning... Must be it!

I fought with it for more than 4 hours. Waisted time on the net trying to find a few other reference pics (had trouble with his lips and nose) but it still took me way too much time to get at this result. *sigh*

My second sleepless night in a row but I don't actually feel that sleepy. I guess it's gonna hit me... oh my... right now. I'm done with my drawing so my concentration just left me... could manage 3 hours of sleep... better than nothing I guess.

Edit: Damn... His eyes are too close to each other...
